The cultural competition is open to Georgia State students and the local community. Any submissions will be reviewed by a panel of judges. The calligraphy entries will be on display at different locations around campus; Along with the displays, we will also exhibit work related to the art of calligraphy. This contest will feature one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes, and ten honorable mentions.
Like the calligraphy contest, this reading contest will help strengthen our Chinese culture program. Reading here refers to reading aloud and is designed to provide a sensory audio experience about the Chinese language so that students can appreciate the beauty of this language. This annual contest is also open to the general Atlanta community and to Georgia State student.
The writing contest is the third in the series to continuously cultivate the building of the Chinese program. Open to the audience of GSU students and the local community, these writing entries will also be displayed around campus; there will be one first prize, two second prizes, and three third prizes.
Chinese World Bridge Contest
In the Chinese Bridge Contest, we will organize various contests on campus to identify possible contestants to participate in the regional contest organized by the Houston Consulate.
